Custom Commissions

We take commissions. If there is a symbol that matters to you and it is not in our collection, tell us about it.

What We Take On

• Symbols and motifs from any tradition, including ones we do not currently produce
• Calligraphy and text, in any script
• Family, community, or organisational emblems
• Presentation and commemorative pieces
• Existing designs in a size or configuration we do not list

How It Works

Send us a description, and reference images if you have them. We will tell you whether it is something we can execute well in metal and gold, roughly what it would cost, and how long it would take.

If it is not a good fit for this medium, we will say so rather than take the commission and deliver something mediocre. Fine detail below a certain scale does not survive the forming process, and it is better to know that at the start.

Once the design is agreed and approved, production begins. Custom work is not cancellable after that point - see our Returns policy.

On Religious and Cultural Symbols

We treat commissions involving sacred symbols carefully. If a tradition has conventions about how something should or should not be depicted, we would rather follow them than discover afterwards that we did not.

If you are commissioning something from your own tradition and there are conventions we should know about, tell us. We would far rather be corrected during the design stage than get it wrong in gold.
