Shipping & Delivery

Production Time

Each piece is made to order. Production and delivery take approximately 30 days from the date of purchase. If anything is going to take longer than that, we will tell you before you order, not after.

Where We Ship From

All orders are produced and dispatched from Israel. We ship worldwide.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and the size of the piece. Larger works cost more to move safely, and we would rather show you the real figure than build an inflated one into the price.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

This matters, so we would rather be direct about it than leave you to find out at your door.

Because we ship internationally, your order may be subject to import duty and local taxes when it arrives in your country. These are set by your government, not by us, and they are separate from the shipping cost you pay at checkout.

Before you order, we recommend checking what your country charges on imported artwork. Many countries apply a reduced rate to original art. If you would like an estimate for your destination before committing, email info@goldenspirit.art and we will work it out with you.

Carriers

We ship with UPS and DHL. The carrier is chosen based on destination, package size, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Packaging and Insurance

Every order ships in a custom-sized, sealed box built around the specific piece. All shipments are fully insured, and signature is required on delivery.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order leaves us.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email info@goldenspirit.art with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve it. Our returns policy covers what happens next.
