1. Made-to-Order Work

Golden Spirit produces made-to-order artwork. Because production begins shortly after purchase, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content, excluding payment card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmission over various networks and adaptation to technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted in transit.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

3. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material here is provided for general information and should not be the sole basis for a decision. We reserve the right to modify site content at any time without any obligation to update it.

We make every effort to display colours and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen renders them faithfully. Hand-applied gold varies slightly between pieces, and this is a characteristic of the work.

4. Products and Pricing

Products may be available in limited quantities. Where an edition is stated as limited, the stated total is fixed and will not be extended.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details given at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and written content on this site are the property of Golden Spirit unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Where a design incorporates a symbol drawn from a religious or cultural tradition, our claim extends to our particular rendering of it and not to the symbol itself.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any law or regulation, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or discriminate, to submit false information, to transmit malicious code, to collect others' personal information, or to interfere with the security of the Service.
